What happens in case of a typhoon?
In the event of inclement weather, we may take measures to close 99glam due to the possibility of not being able to fully enjoy it. In such cases, we will not charge you a cancellation fee for rescheduling or cancelling.
Is one-day glamping or BBQ only available?

Participation of children under elementary school age
Children under elementary school age are welcome to join our tours, however, as trekking is included, we ask that parents/guardians make their own decisions regarding their children's participation in the tours.

Yes, you can use the public bath and restrooms in the Ryokan Ichie building.
